Why we exist
Water scarcity is no longer a distant problem. Climate variability, aging infrastructure, and growing demand are challenging water security across regions and industries.
Solaq develops atmospheric water generation technology that provides an independent, decentralized and resilient water source alternative to traditional infrastructure, adaptable to local conditions, and designed for continuous, reliable operation.
Why Now
- 2.2 billion people lack access to safely managed drinking water services (WHO/UNICEF JMP, 2023)
- Global demand for freshwater is projected to exceed supply by 40% by 2030 (UN World Water Development Report, 2023)
- Growing demand for distributed, resilient water solutions across all sectors

Technology-driven water generation
We design and develop air-to-water generation systems using liquid desiccant technology, a proven approach that extracts water from ambient air regardless of humidity levels.
What drives us
Transparency
We operate with openness and honesty. Clear communication builds trust, from sharing how our systems work to what they can deliver.
Sustainability
Our system is designed to cut CO2 emissions, protect water resources, and improve community health and resilience.
Impact
We focus on meaningful outcomes for our customers by improving their resilience, operational continuity, and water security.
